Refund Policy

1. Subscription billing

Paid Watchtower subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, according to the billing interval selected at checkout.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Cancellation prevents future renewals.

4. Refunds

Watchtower provides a minimum 14-day refund window for subscription charges. If you request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original charge or renewal date, you are eligible for a refund.

This 14-day refund window applies without exceptions or conditions. After the 14-day window has passed, charges are generally non-refundable.

5. Plan access and included usage

Paid plans may include access to broader monitoring, faster checks, alerting options, AI Visibility Readiness, AI Visibility Watch, AI Visibility Optimizer recommendations, AI Answer QA Watch, Watchtower Human Voice, Watchtower Signals, Signal credits, retention, and other plan-based features. Included usage, including Human Voice usage, AI visibility usage, Optimizer recommendations, and included Signal credits, is part of subscription access and does not have separate cash value unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout.

6. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of the charge date and include enough detail for us to locate and review the payment.

7. Policy updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
